Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sounds very Sweet Tee like samples. obscure, probably a white label, never officially released. Interestingly some of the repetitive vocal samples are very similar to part of Li Kwan - I need a man.

Tin Tin don't DJ anymore. I'd try and get an ID off some of ex Trade DJs which is probably what this is lifted off. Was it a mix tape you have ? What else is on it ?

Looking for an old skool late 80's / early 90's tune that started with either the star wars theme or 2001 Space Odyessey theme and then went into a really catchy house-y song.

I think this was played by Sasha as an encore at the end of a set.

I have gone thru lots of his sets from early 90's but can't find it.

    Thanks

Edit - found it. Spent 2 hours searching for this...

This may have been done before.

Whats the name of the very first track on this DJ Pressure mix?
If anyone had a full track list it would be much appreciated!

John Sferos - Tranceform, Luxor - The Big Bang, Leroy - The First Flight and Arpeggiators - The Force of Unity are in there too after Ready To Flow.

Edit - that one with the pulsing bass line isn't Leroy First Flight actually. Gonna bug me now what that is...

Going through some old tapes I found one labelled "Power FM Mix". I recorded a few of these around 1994/95 when Power FM played various mixes on loop out of hours when no dj's were on.

So far I've found out that side A of tape #1 was actually not a mix by Power FM but rather it was a Warren K mix tape on loop. It's on youtube with a full track list :D

The other side B is probably another Warren K or DJ that sold tapes at the time and looped by Power FM. I'm trying to ID 3 tracks from it. That info might help you ID them:

    ID2
    ID3
    ID4

I've the full tape recording here if any one is interested

    Cheers for listening!

Long shot here. I've heard a track once or twice on True FM (Cork).
It's relatively slow tempo and has a high plucked synth line that uses a sound very similar to PPK - Resurrection. There is an accompanying male vocal (pitched way down) and a dubby kind of bassline.

Looking to ID a tune going around in my head.
    Early ‘90’s (I think) house.
Goes something like “oh dada oh dada, (I) want your love/won’t you love”.

    No, it was fairly hard/techno/trance

i think this might be more helpful at 21 seconds here the sound you hear come in and continue throughout was pretty much that

the m men feel real is another one that springs to mind but that was from 2000.
another possibility might be 1 of the harder tracks by dave clark.

Keep hearing a cracking mix of layo and bushwacka- love story on retro fm or trax. Very slow chilled out version. Heavy bass. Can’t find on YouTube.

    Any ideas. Thanks
