Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    This is the first competition of its kind in Ireland . It will be open to all members of all Archery Associations within the Island of Ireland. The shooting styles are as follows Sighted Bows. Non Sighted Bows, Historical/Longbow. The scoring zones are inner kill 20 points (sighted bows) outer kill 20 ( n Sighted Bows). 20x2 Targets at marked distance for Adults and 10x2 for Children . Max distance for adults may be up to 45 yds. Children may 25 yds. There will be a maximum of 4 Archers per group. each archer has a maximum of 2 min to shoot 2 arrows , both arrows score. . 3 min allowed for collection and scoring . Pre booking is essential for this competition. entry is on First Come first served basis. no late entries. you can register by contacting info@nalaochdall.com This will not be a walk in the park , you will be on a time limit, you will have different shooting positions, You will have to concentrate and be ready for your next target.. YOU MUST REGISTER BY EMAIL. , saying on Facebook that you are going does not qualify and you may be disappointed if you arrive and there is no places available. , NO LATE ENTRIES

    The first Annual All Ireland Indoor 3D Championship was a great success. There was a great turn out from all over the country and some fantastic scores in all categories. Highest overall score of the day went to an unsighted recurve archer, certainly put the compound boys and girls in their place! :D Can't wait for the next one!

    I would have loved to have gone along, maybe next time.

    Judging by the photos the fox was not liked. Or was it a 'Porcufox'?

    Yea the juniors seemed to be having a hard time pinning the fox down! I think they got him in the end though!
