Hi To install window restrictors on apartment windows - is there much to it ? where would I buy the restrictors ? Do you know anybody who would install them ? what cost ? Thanks

Probably too late, but Ikea have child proof window latches.

Easy enough to fit yourself with a drill, drilling into the aluminium of the window frame.
