Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You've heard of a barbershop quartet? This is a parp-ershop fartet. Getting the pitch right takes a lot of practice (and plenty of Okinawan goya champloo)...

You've heard of the power plate, you've heard of the bosu ball...well now i presnt to you the latest craze sweeping the nation...sumo.

Now the science bit. Research has shown that moving side to side can shift fat from one side of your body to the other, doing this movement over and over can however confuse the fat as to which side it should be on. The confused fat centres in your body and when you complete the advanced patented foot stomp the fat is burnt up in the energy created.

Maybe its make believe, because you're worth it

Isn't it great that we're programmed to think 'sports', compared to when I showed a fat cunt in work last night who said it looked like "chicken balls & chips"!!..

Thanks, and no its not my own design - I found it online after a lot of searching for something 'Judo'.

It got great reaction in the club last night too, so I'm pretty damned happy about it.
