Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Paywalled article not showing the subjects refutation

    Times pays damages after paywalled article's preview showed 'libellous imputation'

    Times ran a guilt by association piece, regarding the thoughts of somebody who had spoken at an event ran by an organisation of which the subject was a trustee.



    Because the article started with an accusatory headline and first paragraph and photo of the subject but the rest of article was behind a paywall and didn't show the subjects refutation of the abhorrent speech the Times had to make an apology and and pay damage to the subject.


    Will the Time move to the type of website that shows none of the article.
