Bat survey and ecology report

Hi, building in south dublin (including kicking an existing dwelling) and have received planning subject to Bat survey and ecology report. Any idea who to contact regarding these? Have some ideas from google and talking to an architect but would love to hear of any personal experiences... Any idea of the costs involved?
