Low Water Pressure Upstairs

Looking for advice as to what I can check to fix low water pressure upstairs, cold water only, toilet is filling slowly too, happened all of a sudden yesterday after a shower that doesn't get used that much was on.

Perhaps you have a booster pump that's not working.
