Saw this in the Sligo HMV earlier... that's a cracking price!

Didn't buy it, but gonna go back in and pick it up tomorrow as I was sure it'd be cheaper online. Cheapest I can find online is £30!

That's a shame.. HMV's branches price discrepancies are far too common.

Took a spin to HMV during half-time of Sligo Rovers Vs Shamrock Rovers and..

Says on the back of the box that it's been reduced from €59.99 to €24.99.. might be worth asking HMV staff to scan it.

That's a great deal for the whole series. I already have it tho in three boxsets. Season 1, Season 2 - Part 1 and Season 2 - Part 2. Would be nice to have it all in one tidy package.

€24.99 in HMV Grafton Street as we speak. Thanks again for the heads up basquille.:) I've had Season 1 unopened for about 2 years (and I paid €49.99 for that) but this will make me watch the whole series in one go.

HMV in Liffey Valley did not have this for 24.99 today, still selling for 59.99. The chap at the counter said they are expecting it in "sometime" this week but didn't specify when. Liffey Valley would be one of their bigger shops so I'm a bit surprised it wasn't available.

Got it myself about an hour ago in Kilkenny HMV. It hadn't even gone out on the floor yet. The sales assistant who went to get it for me was as surprised as I was at the price.

Bit annoyed that the show is in 4:3 ratio had hoped it would be in widescreen. Ah well, PS3 upscaler to the rescue!

Finally picked one up in Liffey Valley yesterday for 24.99. The chap had to go in to the store room to get it for me though. There was one other on the shelf still marked at 59.99! Still don't know why the discounted ones werent out on the floor though.
