Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Re Ulster/Clermont match, Ref didn’t even try to find or explain why no card.
Agree with your point, but ref had no intention of implementing the law clearly or just forgot.

Seen before penalty try’s given and ref goes to TMO to find a number.
That's often because he can't see the number in normal time.

It's all over the place alright. But strangely entertaining at the same time. Mad drop goal attempts, cards everywhere and La Rochelle are still hanging on.

And that just about sums up this match. :D

The only thing that would cap it would be if it was disallowed.

Jono Gibbes has the look of a guy who is working out which player he's going to have doing laps around the pitch all night.

How on earth is that “Just” a penalty?

    Wasn't dangerous.

Two teams nowhere close good enough.
According to Austin Healy they have the potential to go all the way :pac:

La Rochelle get a consolation try.

That game would have been far better without Austin Healey in the commentary box. The man sucks the intelligence out of everything. Like a black hole for your IQ.

Now this is a properly boring game. No atmosphere, stultifying play and lots of errors.

Awful attempted tackle by the Gloucester 10 lucky it wasn’t a yellow. Not sure you’d even call it a tackle.

No way is that a knock on. The tackler rolling hits with his knee.

Almost impossible to stop Nadolo at full tilt that close in

George Clancy makes the big call. Red card for Monty.
