Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

All a bit pointless really as foley won't be handing over a penny. BTW the revenue officials blitzed an industrial estate in limerick yesterday and the only businesses that they got any info from were the legit ones with their business names over the door. As for the rest everyone was called Lucas, Marek or Adam! Complete waste of taxpayers money unless you are serious about pursuing them.

Why will he not be handing over the cash? Surely they will seize all his assets in lieu if he doesn't pay up?

I'd say apart from his pushbike and gym membership card he has very little assets in his own name.

Well, if it was good enough to charge Al Capone...

    Yeah good parallel there.

If I recall rightly, they changed the law in the states back in the day to make illegal earnings as well as legal subject to taxation.
So though he was party to countless murders, they got him finally on tax evasion.
