Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No claims verification

    I just received a letter in the post dated January 16th requesting proof of my named driver no claims experience. 

    I emailed this already to info@libertyinsurance.ie on January 7th. 

    On January 11th I received a call from you asking me one or two questions about it and afterwards they said that's fine, it has been verified. 

    Can I get clarification as to why I'm being asked for it again even though I was told it was verified?
