Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello guys!

I've found one interesting story about ZX81. British station broadcasted on radio the program for ZX81 which was drawing Cheryl Ladd (sure in black and white and in low resolution). Do you know anything more about this story?

And the most important, is that possible to get a copy of this piece of software? The best in the format which could be run by emulator. I tried to find the copy of this program but no success. I know that it was also created for BBC Mikro. So perhaps someone has a copy for this computer?

Very interesting Google'ing of the topic later, loads online about it but the recording of the program itself doesn't seem to be online.
Loads of info, one source - https://www.basingstoke.me.uk/datarama/

Yeah, I found this site and some others but despite spending a lot of time, I wasn't able to find the program itself. I'm wondering if someone has this in his/her resources and could share.

I'd would expect it would be easily fineable TAP file of it if someone had as the ZX81 community seem to be all about sharing and since the idea of having it broadcast over the radio is fairly cool - my 2cents for what its worth

I see you are asking in the Sinclair ZA World forums also, thats prob your best bet

Yeah, I'm trying also on that forum but as for now no success. It might not be so easy as if you look ex. how many zx81 are for sale on ebay etc., you notice that they are not too popular. So many years passed and probably the number of computers and in result the number of guys having different software reduced significantly in the latest years. I'm dreaming about getting this but I have impression it might be much more challenging than I expected.

I spent today few hours trying to find this software and no chance. If someone doesn't have it locally in his/her resources, no chance to get it from Internet. And some people are saying that nothing is disappearing in Internet...

Did you try the ZX81 Owners Club on Facebook? Not the biggest group but lot of very knowledgeable people with some weird and wonderful things in their collections.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Thanks a lot. I didn't know this website. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything. It might be the case that this software was not popular or perhaps am I using the wrong keywords for searching... Still no result... :(

Btw, some people tell that in Internet you can find everything. :P It's a bit surprising that after around 40 years you can't find some programs for computer which was quite popular those 40 years ago like ZX81. I tried to search many different forums and still nothing. I need this for one video on my channel. Finally I did some workaround and added a picture similar to the genuine one with label "reconstruction" but definitely I would prefer to have this piece of software on my disk...
