Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,
    What beaches do people recommend?
I'm in with Dublin but willing to travel within an hour.
Looking for a nice sandy beach preferably with car park not too far away (2 kids and all they bring with them to consider!).
Also good quality bathing water would be essential so the likes of shellybanks is a non runner.
    Thanks for any input.

    Portmarnock, Rush.
    Lovely big beaches, good water.
Some parts of Killiney, the further South the Rockier it gets, still nice though.

    Ditto donabate.
We're beside bettystown. Last sunny Sunday there was a big queue through Julianstown.
