Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Across Croke Park on All-Ireland Final Day, right past Michael D.

I don't care for your political position.

Do you think the campaign posters littered around the country are a waste of money - do they even have an impact?

    I don't.

@magic_murph I think most people would not know an election was going on without them so they are useful in that regard

Do you use the word 'snowflake' to describe people you don't agree with?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

I try not to, but recently I've experienced some people that can only accurately be described that way!

    Do you take offence easily?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,525 ✭✭✭magic_murph

Mind your own business sbsquarepants - what is it with you always asking questions. Give me strength.

Do you trust any politicians ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

Some less than others, but they're all self serving bare faced liars at the end of the day.

Are you as honest as the day is long?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,525 ✭✭✭magic_murph

    Sure I am ;-)
I'd say 98% honest - always need that sneaky 2% white lies to get you out of a situation.

do you care about your job?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,812 ✭✭✭✭sbsquarepants

Not really. I do it well cos I need the money, but if it wasn't this job, it would just be another one. Means to an end is all it is.

How much money would it take for you to retire today?

    About 3 million.

Do you think you'd get bored if you did?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,525 ✭✭✭magic_murph

Not a chance - It would be a full time job thinking of what needs to be done.
3 mill would be a nice number - 60k for the next 50 years. Sure you'd be happy out.

If you won 1 million would you stay in your job or move to something more rewarding and using the winnings to substitute your wages?

I'd retire straight out. No mortgage means you can live cheaply, well enough for me to get by on a million!

    Got any lucky numbers?

I can, although I prefer it with.

But can you eat spuds without salt?

PS for those who think I was being political with my question about why I'm not voting, it's because I'll be in Vegas.

I like to collect as many people as I can on any given day - then on sunday's I make the new additions perform for me and the others.
Usually it's a scene from a program I am watching. This week they we reenact Mary Kenny in the RDS visiting all the craft stalls at the Craft Show - Nationwide.

    Do you support Irish produce?

I do indeed. There's lots of high quality Irish produce. There's too much cheap ****e produced in places with awful wages and conditions.

    Do you have pets?
