    That model scenic is not the worst , in some ways it's better than the later model, check out for overheating , 40 min test drive, and look out for any stiffness or unusual action in the clutch pedal as they can chew up clutch release bearings and clutch fork.

    As for the Morris , it'd be worth more in uk than Ireland , shipping is dear plus eu import duties, a 70's or 80's merc to drive and then bring home would be better bet.

    The scenic has been in a prang at some stage, pic 1 and pic 2 show that the bonnet lines up on one side but not the other.

    Didn't take the car. It was a code 3 (accident). Good spotting. My idea bow is to get a decent car that I will be able to drive to Ireland. Will be some mental road trip for sure :D
