Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just came to post this; report from the 1984 Motor Show.

Nice Silvia, Regatta gets a mention (learnt to drive in an 85), R4 on the Renault stand, loved the R25 when it came out as well. But there's also a mention of the end of car assembley in Ireland and why it was due to the long awaited overhaul of EEC laws.

I wonder if all R4's imported into Italy in 1984 were made in Ireland, or did they have other sources?

And Ireland's top 5 selling cars....

    1. Fiesta
    2. Corolla
    3. Kadett
    4. Sierra
    5. Escort
