SIRO Vodafone replace gigabox with RT-AX58U

    Could anyone walk me through how to replace gigabox vodafone router with Asus RT-AX58U.
    Going completely grey here, recently bought Asus RT-AX58U and started with replacing the original router by setting up PPPoE and provided password, no luck.
    I updated the firmware same story, finally installed merlin and same result.
    I tried to set up dual-wan and set up VLAN ID 10 for connection and using same credentials and still the same outcome. Unless the router is faulty I could be missing some small configuration change.
    In the logs I can see the following
    `Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery`
    followed up with number of
    `Timeout waiting for PADO packets`
