    Just want to start a thread on running in Sligo and the region.

    This weekend

    Saturday there is the Park Run in Doorly Park. Its free and its a 5km run at 930am. It's held every there every Saturday at this time. More info

    Also Saturday Corran AC are hosting the Ballymote 8km at 730 pm. More info
