Mortgage Provider with no early payment penalties?

    Am wondering if there are any providers with no early payment penalties.

    currently have 110K remaining, value @ 450K
    Have 2.99% with UB

    Am in a position that I can ramp up payments and clear in the next 5 years.

    Are there any mortgage providers that I could switch to that do not penalize for early repayment?

    Also looking at the current available rates I see Avant offer 1.95%.
    Is there any facility in the likes of UB where they will match a competitors rates in order to save the business??

    There are no early repayment penalties on any variable rate mortgage.

    With fixed rates, there are breakage fees, if you repay extra during the fixed term.

    BOI allow a 10% monthly over payment each month on fixed rates.
