Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Getting a PPS number

Does anyone know what is going on in the office that issues PPSNs?
It is 10 weeks gone by since someone I know sent in the request for one.
They got a letter saying it would be two months before they even got an appointment.
Two months have passed and no contact yet.
This person is paying top rate PAYE & PRSI, trying to pay rent and eat.
I don't believe it is because the employees are afraid of getting covid, as they are behind screens like everyone else who works in the banks and shops.
The office doesn't take phone calls and they don't reply to emails. So a sort of black hole there.
Would anyone here be in the know as to why the office is effectively closed?

    Thanks

This would be better in the State Benefits section as it's Welfare who issue PPSNs not Revenue.
