We recently bought a semi-d house in a very quiet estate. It struck us during the viewings how quiet it was and we were happy to buy as it fitted all our requirements. Everything great until we moved in and realized the adjoining neighbour is very noisy :( We can't hear a peep through the walls but their kids and sometimes…
