Walk in clinics in Ennis/Limerick?

Hi, Off late i m feeling some pain in my lower back and I am planning to consult a GP. I came across some walkin clinics in Limerick and Ennis. Are they good? When most of the health centres are closed weekends, how do they work every day?

I know a few people who have been to the one in Ennis they all seem positive about it and cheaper than the GP.
