Classroom and slow speed control in the paddock for the morning. Followed by classroom and a braking drill. Lunch, classroom then you're split in to groups of 2 or 3 riders with an instructor to go out on track, usually for 3 sessions.

Its very good I'd recommend it, great day. Classroom and slow speed stuff is good I wasn't expecting it. When on the track I got paired with a guy on a proper race bike, no idea why. Thought I'd be lost. He ended up having big problems with his bike so I got the instructor to myself more or less and he was very helpful. Give it socks and enjoy it!
