Carpet colour for Stairs

    Hi

    I have a stairs with charlston grey on the wood panelling and elephants breath on the top part ( farrow and ball) does anyone have a suggestion for a carpet colour to go with it?,thanks in advance

    A 27" wide grey runner with red cotton border could be nice or even a plain red
    carpet fullt fitted.

    Charleston Grey has plum undertones so that suggestion a possibility.

    We had CG on walls and plum / wine red / gold (cushion colours) went well with it. As did brown. Its neutral so fairly forgiving
