Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Theres a short video piece on all the past presenters here
Not sure how big the file is but it's 3 mins long.
I see Jack scott there, who retired a long time ago he used always mention the weather in the Republic of Ireland and stick symbols on it.
Michael Fish on the other hand completely ignored the Republic untill some time in the ninties.
Theres a tour of the weather centre here

New look BBC Weather site too.

I remember Jack Scott well, good presenter/forecaster. For some reason, I always remember Jim Bacon too!

Yeah I notice that and when you click on NI, it gives weather for the whole Island.
The radar is there for all of Ireland too in a bigger Ireland only map.
