Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Drum mags are generally best for LMG's and similar, however, a number of Airsofter run them for other RIF's like M4's, M16's and so on.

It's personal preference, just keep in mind the extra weight and rattle/noise from having one in the field :)

I do love a good smartie-rattle; lets you know where they are :pac:

On as serious note, whilst you can do what you like at an every day skirmish, a lot of events that are either themed, leaning towards milsim, or full-on milsim will preclude the use of drum mags with assault rifles, restricting 'box' mags in general to recognised support weapons only. So something to consider.
