Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Waterford City Viqueens Roller Derby League is currently recruiting new skaters, officials and volunteers, with our new "Fresh Meat" course beginning on Saturday 4th July in Cill Bara Sports Centre, Ballybeg, Waterford. Running from 10 to 11am on this and subsequent Saturdays, this beginner course will teach you everything you need to know, so you don't need to have any previous skating experience. It's open to both men and women over 18 and it's a great way to get fit, have fun and meet new people.

    Spaces are filling up fast so if you are interested you can book you spot by messaging the Waterford Viqueens' Facebook page or, if you would like to see what is involved in roller derby, pop along to any training session on Wednesday 6-8pm, Friday 7-9pm or Saturday 10am - 1pm.
