Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Do rent management companies exist in the countryside?

    I own a house in the countryside. I would like to rent it out however i do not want to deal with tenant issues. I would like to hire a rent management company that will:
    • find tenants
    • answer tenant issues
    • collect rent etc.

    Do these types of companies exist in the countryside? For example in west-limerick?

    And how much of a fee are they likely to charge?
