Get this error message for the last week using the HKC app. Unsure if this is an app problem, sim problem or alarm problem?

Any tips on how to solve issue?

Alarm panel is working fine, just the app that’s causing the issue.

Have you a dual path or just GSM?

Not sure, it’s not WiFi connected and the GSM card is subscribed to HKC directly. All paid up to date also.

There is a technical glitch with the Eir mobile network that is a few days old now. That is more than likely the cause of this, HKC technical are aware of same and did notify Eir of same.

    Have you engineer access?
If so can you do a rescan of the network.

If as Kub said you are connected to the Eir network there is an issue with this the last few days.

No engineer access. If that’s the case maybe I’ll give it a few more days and see if eir sort out there issues.

Id recommend having the software updated on the system so it does a network scan if Eir goes down. The main problem with Eir is it seems to be the only network available and its not finding a stronger network

I see, it’s been back up now for a day or so, will keep and eye on it.

    Hopefully stays that way.
The Eir network is a nightmare at the moment.
