Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I spent time trying to sort this last year and came to the conclusion that the only way to get one was a direct order from dyson due to the limitations on Li ion batteries. Couldn’t even get one delivered to a DPD NI address. No one other than Dtspn seemed willing to bring them onto the “island of Ireland”.

My v6 battery was playing up and they are replacing it..they said they only recieved new stock of batteries on 31st January. May be worth trying again

    Dyson batteries can be troublesome.

I had issue with their original handheld vacuum and they reused point blank to replace it because it was "out of warranty" - it was by 4 weeks. this was back in 2007. Their utter lack of service meant I have never used a dyson product since

Latter that year they did a recall on the batteries and charger units - but I had disposed of it.

Its still the #1 problem with dysons - hope they never make electric cars :D
