Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nest second generation installed instead of third

    hi, 

    I got installed my nest thermostat. it was the second generation the one installed, while they advertise that if you sign up before the 31st of December, they'll install the third generation one with plenty more features. How to get this sorted? It is not good that one product is advertised and they install an inferior option.
