Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Zone 9 keeps telling me it's open which is the hall door. Would this mean the batter for sensor needs to be replace or that the contact needs to be replaced? Also how do I isolate that zone? I can't get the menu up to get to isolate the zone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks very much KoolKid. I did exactly what you suggested and "rf jammjng" has gone away. I can now do a soak test on one zone which has gone off a few times for no apparent reason as the event log is not being flooded with the rf jamming event.
