Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I read this in the paper but assumed there was a catch. All we need to do is test drive and we are getting a free fuel voucher?! Would they not be making a loss if everyone did it for free fuel?

Absolutely no idea. However fake glasses and wigs are pretty cheap in the costume shops so I'll be test-driving like a motherfucker for the next couple of weeks.

Sounds too good to be true alright but I suppose most people might think that so there'll probably be able to cope with the numbers that go and if only one person buys one they'll be happy. Was considering buying a Skoda actually, nice car. Still haven't completely shaken off their bad name but they're not a bad car at all. Have driven one as a rental car and it was good and a mechanic tells me that they're a very reliable car. Most brands are quite good these days as a lot have VW engines and chasis etc. I suppose people will always be very brand conscious when it comes to cars and pay over the odds regardless of what the car actually does. Have seen a huge number of Skoda taxis recently, which is usually a good sign.

Where would be the best place to get a cheap suitcase in the city?

Isn't there a place in City Square Shopping centre, across from the Early Learning Centre, that is travel baggage specific?

That place has closed down, it's an accessories shop now but a new place that sells bags, suitcases etc. has opened up beside the Brasserie.

That was the same shop, moved from city square, but sadly they have since closed down.Try the outdoor center on the quay,or Heatons in the hyper center.

Hey, does anyone know where the best place to get quality knitting supplies is?

Depends on exactly what you are looking for. Singer sewing on newgate st do a big selection of acrylic chunky and dk, a smaller selection of fancier wools, a selection of needles, buttons etc, and a fab customer service. needles and pins on the mayors walk do a big selection of fancy wools and a small selection of acrylics (and a much more expensive stock) they also sell patterns, customer service is abysmal.
