    Hi All,
Outside of daft and myhome.ie are there other places people are looking to find potential properties?
    Cheers

Very rarely someone won't want a property listed so only the EAs would have the info - so building a relationship with EAs might help in very limited circumstances.

There are ad,s on donedeal, house for sale, gumtree.ie. buyandsell
Most agents have a website ,
go to google.ie , type house for sale X ,
X= is the area or town or county you want to live .
    eg dublin, cabra etc
I do not know why someone would not want the house advertised on myhome.ie or daft.ie
people in rural area,s may also put an ad in the local paper.

Rentals in rural areas may never see online - as above the local paper but also supermarket notice boards. It's a very rare sale that isn't done via an agent these days
