    Hi all

    looking for some assistance in resolving this problem.

    My sons 2011 A6 builtin Bluetooth phone quality when he is talking on the phone is dreadful and to all intents and purposes is useless.

    The reception quality is fine though

    He is using an Iphone but the exact same poor quality happens on other phones ( Android ) as well .

    Its not wind/speed related as the same problem exists when the car is stationary.

    we have tried the various suggestions on the web ( fans on/off, air-vents moved closed ) & here is no way to adjust the Microphone sensitivity from the menu system.

    the version of MMI Software is RMC_EU_P11096 and bluetooth is 3.22.6.

    I was wondering if

    1: does anyone else have this issue and how was it resolved ?

    2: is there a firmware upgrade available that addresses this problem ?.

    3: can the microphone unit be replaced for a better quality one ( original or after market ) ?
