Tankslapper!!

Hi All, If I was on a motorbike it would have been called “a big tankslapper”. First time it happened me on a road bike (pedal). Was checking over the bike the other evening before a spin & I spotted a nice bulge in the rear tyre. Tyres are fairly new. Tyre brand is Schwalbe. Wonder could the bulge have initiated the tankslapper & it got worse from there.
