Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One transfer made: Havertz out for that Colombian lad whose name we can’t seem to agree on here.

    Ryan
    TAA Ayling Robbo
    Salah JamRod ASM Auba (c)
    Adams Werner Mitrovic

    Steer - KWP Bissouma Mitchell

Why would you even buy Minamino in the first place? Whose place is he gonna take in the Liverpool team

It was a planned one week punt for at home to Leeds, with view of transferring him out this GW. He had very low ownership and had a very good pre-seawon. As a Liverpool fan, I both wanted and thought he was going to start that game in a 4-2-3-1. Could have been a massive differential.

Just realised I never saved my Son to Hamez transfer, serious fear before this game and Son dropping is another kick.

    Leno
    TAA Robbo Bavies
Salah Son ASM Bissouma PEA (C)
    Mitrovic Werner

    Nyland Mitchell KWP Davis

    Steer,
    TAA, Justin, Dallas, Digne,
    Barnes, Salah, Auba (c), JWP,
    Werner, Ings.

    McCarthy, ASM, Mitchell, Brewster.

Starting Steer for the craic in case Smith decides not to throw Martinez in right away. I expect McCarthy will be subbing in though. Decided on JWP ahead of ASM due to Spurs concededing to a set-piece last week and the fact JWP scored a free in this fixture before.

Hamez is a trap, IMO. Also, prone to breaking easily. Son much more reliable.

Could be a blessing in disguise.

    Does that make sense?

If he somehow scored a hattrick where you really just going to transfer him out this GW? In fact if he got any sort a punty return - you would feel the need to keep him.

Watch McCarthy get double digit score, and Martinez to come off injured in 85 mins for 1 minute cameo for Steer.... when you play with fire sometimes you get burnt

Barnes having a 10-14+ points in him based on what exactly?

There are few capable of it and he isn't on that list. And never was.

Just out of curiosity who are the few players capable of scoring 10-14 points in a game?

If a midfielder scores a goal, clean sheet, 2 bonus points. That's already 10 points. Almost every midfielder in the game is capable of that

Hard to make a call on a Leeds attacker though.

Bamford for 60 minutes or Rodrigo for 30 minutes ?

Rodrigo will be first choice soon enough but unfortunately not for this GW.

DCL close would have been Jamrod assist

    Wow.

Terrible miss from DCL on the 6 yard line from a superb Rodriguez corner.

Hamez on corners . Great delivery , should have scored DCL

Harrison could be one to put on the watchlist as he impressed against Liverpool.

Yeah I was thinking about a scenario like that. I'll be sick if that happens. :pac:

Open enough start to this one.

    Goal west Brom - Diangrana

Sooner or later Pickford will end up with Joe Hart - until then Everton defence is risky

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

Digne clean sheet in tatters. :(

Diangana scores. Pereira got the assist.

Bad for my Weekly CSF team. Good for my OR :pac:

Horrible goal to concede, defenders just backing and backing away. Pickford been really poor too

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,503 ✭✭✭thomasm

Harrison could be one to put on the watchlist as he impressed against Liverpool.

Klich at same price started every game under Bielsa and in two years scored 16 goals and provided 14 assists along with 38 clean sheets. One goal already

That goal came about directly after a very poor pass from Rodriguez was intercepted. A different player may have got worse stick for it.

Edit - Mina was very poor too.

    Terrible goal to concede

If Mina had backed off any further he'd have been in Anfield

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,630 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Nice Guy

    Doucoure booked. Diangana looking good.

One to add to the watchlist, Mark Noble may well have been right to be annoyed over the hammers selling him

Everton will score here. No doubt.

WBA playing too much ‘football’ in their own half and close to their own box. It’ll be robbed and tucked away.

Interesting to see that the top 10k stats show Salah ahead for captain choice - wonder is it skewed with so many of those TC/normal captain last week who haven't bother to update their team - given they have so many

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,022 ✭✭✭jamesbere

    McCarthy
    TAA Justin Bavies
    Auba (C) jrod bfenandes Stmax
    Werner Ings Mitrovic
    Button Bissouma Vinagre Mitchell
    -4

    Good luck all

Hopefully better week than last weeks 43
    Maybe 44 fingers crossed :D

Top 10k takes a week or two to sort itself out. It's just a gameweek rank for now

Jaysus....almost a collosal fupp up from me.

Was out all morning with the kids at matches and totally forgot about FPL tbh....luckily had my team set up ok from earlier in the week when I transferred Martial in.

Anyhoo....troops for today...hoping for a monster score from Johnstone ;-)

    Johnstone

    KWP | TAA | Robertson | Dier

    Salah | Aubameyang (C) | ASM

    Martial | Mitrovic | Werner

Subs: Button | Soucek | Douglas | Reed
