Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Work related accidents and the resulted psychology of the staff

    Do you think work relaated acccidents have a big impact on staff pschology, such as lowered morale etc?

    Or is it an issue which has been totally blown out of proportion?

    It depends on the severity of the accident. if somebody cuts a finger .. probably not. if somebody looses or breaks a limb yes... dies at work, of course it would

    Ye were I worked a man lost 3 fingers and theres talk of a strike etc now for fear of safety. ANd everyone has a great disregard for the rules etc

    why were they low? did they see accidents and want morre attention?
