    Does anyone know who would fix sub flooring? I would think it’s just putting in OSB but fair amount of piped into there so wouldn’t chance it myself.

    Hoping to get it done ASAP to have laminate floor fitted. 3 bedrooms in a standard 3 bed semi in Dublin
