Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Need help here.I quite like an apartment in city center location. Although this building was developed by a developer with bad name, it appears the building itself meet all the fire safety regulations.

Should I buy or not buy?

Take professional advice. Survey. Investigate the state of the management company, sinking fund etc. Strangers on an internet forum can't advise you as to whether or not investing six figures in a particular apartment is a good idea or not.
