Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

RingCentral / OpenPhone - Irish Alternatives?

    Hi Folks,

Been using RingCentral and OpenPhone in Canada, but looking for something based in Ireland. RingCentral have Irish numbers and plans, but I not a huge fan of their integrations and API (We have some technical requirements which they meet but I'm exploring other options)

The solution must-have phone, two way SMS and voicemail.

    Any suggestions?

I have used Blueface in the past, I still have an Irish non-geographical number with them. Mine is a residential use case, but they may have what you're looking for.
