Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. I got the idea into my head that I'd like to do the Liffey swim next year. I used to swim somewhat competitively as a youngester, so I'm not starting as a complete beginner, but obviously a lot to go.

Is there guides or swimming plans online that would be good as a training guide when pools reopen?

I know I'd have to join a club and do open swimming to be able to do it. Is there any guides work reading?
