    Huge kudos to the Gorey organisers at the weekend who ran a fantastic race despite the shock and loss of Frank so close to the start. There were a fair few tears at times, but the same standard of excellence as I've seen in Gorey in the past.

    RIP, I have stood chatting to Frank at a few finish lines when he was setting up. Lovely guy and a loss to the scene, condolences to his family.

    It was very touching to hear the kind words spoken about him at the Gorey Three Day, he obviously meant a lot to a lot of people. RIP.
