Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Im looking for your ideas for the best bike for a heavy guy I'm 18st and currently on a low calorie diet and want to cycle to help shift the pounds and get fit thanks for the help

    dude, 18st is a waif; if you saw some of the units on "flimsy" carbon bikes at the SKT this year flaking up hills..
    (granted it was th 85km spin!)

    go handy on the groceries, and the weight will fall off. Im down almost 2st in a year, still eating like a horse though.
