virus/malware in my tablet

i cannot get any program or app to load on my hueawi tablet, malware bytes scans clear, rouge killer cannot open also a few apps, ie lpq, if it was my pc i could clean it, but i have no idea on how to clean a tablet, you help is appreciated edited to add, ccleaner cannot be opened, but avast is giving it a clean bill of…
