    Shavo Odadjian (of System of a Down) has announced the launch of a new website for musicians, bands and songwriters. Similar to YouTube it allows people to upload their performances and have them rated by visitors to the site.

    At the end of a period of time, two bands with the highest ratings will be signed to a digital label - this means that there will be no manufactured CDs but can get your albums released...Also, if the owners like the site you can get signed (so it doesn't necessarily come down to how many friends you have)
