Did this event yesterday, Loved it. Thanks to everyone involved. A lovely swim (little bit wavey on the way to the first buoy). The bike has a few inclines but nothing major and the run has a few pulls in fairness. Very lucky with the weather and the spud at the end is just the business :-)

Glad you enjoyed the race - we were very lucky with the weather alright. The spud at the end is always well received.

Nice result for Zico ahead of IM Austria. That coupled with Lough Cutra bodes well for his upcoming IM.
