Help me find a top please

    I have a graduation type ceremony to attend and I struggling to find something. It's in June so hoping for decent weather, it's ceremony, photos, lunch.
    I bought a nice pair of royal blue tailored (wideish leg) trousers but I can't find a top to go with them. I really like the trousers and reckon they could be dressy enough. I'm not afraid of colour and was thinking of orange or cerise pink ???
    I want something that looks expensive/well made and must have some sort of sleeve to cover up old lady arms.
    Any ideas of where to look or what to go for ???
