    Hi
I’m doing a few songs at a wedding this summer and I’m looking for the best way to amplify the sound. I was hoping for a vocal channel, a guitar channel and then I have a small stompbox that ideally I would like to connect too- any suggestions?
I’ve noticed most amps only have 2 channels so would I not be able to connect the stompbox too then?

Would most wedding venues not have some sort of PA to plug into? At least this way you'd only have to worry about your guitar amp, but you could probably get away without one if you're setup is basic.

If you haven't already, you might be better off posting in either of these sections:

--Instruments / Some people here might have done some gigs themselves

--Music Production / Mainly focused on recording, but a lot of folks there would have experience with live sound too.

If it's only going to be a small room, I'd just suggest a very simple mic / speaker setup for vocals. There's a few places that kind equipment out and I'm sure they'd go over it with you.
