Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Slightly late on this one..

A friend celebrated his birthday over the weekend and we're slightly concerned that he's still training and fighting in his autumn years.

So I was wondering, if there's a 'Masters' devision for old people like ...

    PAUL COWZER?.

    Happy Birthday pal!.

    :P

I'm amazed we haven't seen a White Collar MMA promotion yet.

Thats basically what most amateur shows are-only difference is the mma lads can move up levels where that would be almost impossible in Boxing.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.
